We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours.
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
• If we experience an unusually high order volume, we will notify you by email if there is a meaningful delay.

3. Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers to select an efficient route for your location. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. You may also track your package at 17track.net/en. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, we will investigate with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
