At COLABOX, we stand behind the quality of our products and your entertainment experience.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with the device, remote control, HDMI cable, power adapter, user guide, and original packaging.
Items returned with significant wear, damage, missing accessories, or missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a full refund.
2. 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Your COLABOX device is protected by a 1-year hardware warranty from the date of delivery.
- Covered: Manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions such as power issues, port failures, or internal hardware errors.
- Technical Support: Our team will first provide remote troubleshooting. If hardware is confirmed defective, we will help arrange repair or replacement.
- Not Covered: Damage caused by accidents, drops, spills, unauthorized modifications, software tampering, rooting, or natural disasters.
3. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
- Contact us at colaboxtv@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description.
- For warranty claims, include a photo or short video of the issue if possible.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and the next steps.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For defective or warranty items, COLABOX may cover return shipping after review. For change-of-mind returns within the 30-day window, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
