At ColaBox, we stand behind the quality of our products and your entertainment experience.

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to evaluate your ColaBox device.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in its original condition, including the device, remote control, HDMI cable, power adapter, and original packaging.

Items returned with significant signs of wear or missing original accessories may be subject to a restocking fee.

  1. 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

Your ColaBox device is protected by a 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty from the date of delivery.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Power issues

  • Port failures

  • Internal hardware malfunctions

Technical Support:

If you encounter any issues, our team will first provide remote troubleshooting. If the hardware is confirmed defective, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

What's Not Covered:

  • Physical damage caused by accidents, drops, or liquid exposure

  • Unauthorized hardware modifications

  • Software tampering (including rooting)

  • Damage caused by natural disasters

  1. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

To initiate a return or warranty request, please follow these steps:

  2. For warranty claims, please provide photos or a short video to help our technicians diagnose the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Warranty Items:

If the product is defective or arrived damaged, ColaBox will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns:

For returns requested within the 30-day return period due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
